One of the Creepiest Pokemon, Mimikyu

Hello everyone! It's Sheik! Fierce Deity is currently unavailable so I will be posting today! Now today I will be talking about a Pokémon. Not just any Pokémon, a really creepy one. Yup! It's Mimikyu! But wait! This has Pokémon Sun and Moon spoilers! Just a warning! Lets start!
Mimikyu is one of the new Pokémon in Sun and Moon. First I am going to tell you a little bit about him, then we will get into the theories. First of, Mimikyu is a ghost and fairy type Pokémon. It has the ability disguise. This is the first Pokémon to have this ability so far. Mimikyu lives its whole life under its cloth, which highly resembles Pikachu. It is said he dressed as Pikachu because of the increase of Pokémon merchandise and popularity rising within the past twenty years. Mimikyu was jealous of this and just wants to be loved like Pikachu. One of the biggest questions is what it under his cloth. It is said that anyone who looks under his cloth will fall ill with an illness. I will talk about one theory soon.  Mimikyu can be found in the abandoned super market as the ghost totem Pokémon. Now lets get into some theories.

The first theory is a very popular one in Japan. That is that the Pokémon under the cloak, is a Porygon.
Now this may sound pretty random, but there is a lot of evidence for this theory. Fist off, I must tell you a little story. About 20 years ago, an episode of the Pokémon anime was released in Japan about Porygon. In this episode, Pikachu used thunderbolt on an active missile. This cause a series of red and blue flashes to quickly be on the screen. These flashes cause over five hundred Japanese children to be hospitalized for seizures. This episode was quickly banned and was never aired in America. Now, they couldn't ban Pikachu, he was a main character. So who do they ban? Porygon. Since then, he has never been in another anime episode. The theory says that ever since, Porygon has hated Pikachu for this. He to this day has always been jealous. This is why he has been dressed like a Pikachu. Now, that isn't a lot of evidence, but don't worry I have more. If you look at the list of moves that Mimikyu can learn, they are over 50% normal type. This is odd for a ghost/fairy type. This could be because Porygon is a normal type Pokémon. There also is a lot of evidence against this theory, but I am not going to get into that.

Now, I want to tell you why I find Mimikyu is creepy. Now don't get me wrong, I love Mimikyu! He helped me beat the Elite Four. First I will be talking about the Abandoned Supermarket. When you are using the Pokefinder, after you battle three Pokémon, the Pokefinder will fire up all by itself. Then, the backroom door unlocks itself. When you walk in, you can see some papers on the wall. If you zoom in on them, you can see they are all of Pikachu. One picture is of his tail, and one picture is of his ear. But the most odd picture there is, is a picture of Pikachu on Ash's shoulder. Now wait a second. Ash isn't in the games? This could represent Porygon's anger at the both of them still. Another theory about the pictures is that he has them so that he can perfect is costume. After you defeat Mimikyu, you go back to the ghost captain. When you tell her about the back room, she laughs and tells you to stop trying to scare her. What? Then she comment about how cold it got suddenly. Um.... Then she walks away with a blank look in her eyes. If you look in the background of the scene, you can see the Mimikyu, who disappears quickly behind a the building. Why doesn't he want her to know there is a backroom? What kind of hidden powers does he have?! Well nobody knows. One final thing that proves Mimikyu is creepy is his appearance in the anime. If you didn't know, Jesse from Team Rocket catches a Mimikyu. First of, whenever it sees Pikachu, he tries to attack to instantly. Most Pokémon aren't so aggressive. Also, Meowth is constantly making comments about how Mimikyu is creeping him out. He says, "Stop creeping me out!" and "Stop saying such scary things!". Know one else knows what he is saying except Meowth. Obviously, they aren't very pleasant things.

Well I hope that you enjoyed this post! If you have anything that you would like to add, say so in the comments. Remember to check out our Instagram page @thenintenbrosblog, for post updates. Well until then, Have a Happy New Year! Bye!!!

Legend of Zelda, All Ocarina Songs

Hey guys! Sheik here! Nintenbros is back from our short Christmas break (which was last week if you have been wondering). Now I know a while ago I said I would make a post about all of the Ocarina songs from Ocarina of time. Well here it is! Before we start I just want to let you know there could be spoilers and also I will not be doing the songs from Majora's mask right now. Well lets jump right in!

Saria's Song
Saria's song is one of the first songs that you learn in the game. It is taught to you by, well, Saria. You can play this song at any point in the game and it will allow you to talk to Saria. You will need to use this song in a few points in the game as well. For instance, when you are at the Goron city, you will need to play this song for Darunia, so he will let you into Dodongo's cavern. Also if you play this for skull kid, he will recognize you as a friend of Saria's.

Song of Storms

Now I already posted about the whole Song of Storms paradox, and I pretty much explained what this song is but will explain it again if you need a quick reminder. The Song of storms can be learned at the windmill in Kakariko village. This song allows you to summon rain at anytime, while you are outside. You will need this song to gain access to the well, where you get the lens of truth. This song can be very confusing, so check out y other post of you haven't already.

Epona's Song
This song might be one of the most useful songs in the game. Epona's song allows you to call Epona the horse anywhere in Hyrule field, and the Gerudo fortress. No more long stretched out walks through Hyrule field! Epona is needed in many parts throughout the game. In order to reach the Gerudo fortress, you must jump over a bridge using Epona. Also, if you are ever interested in catching Big Poes, you will need to shoot arrows from the back of Epona. Now I know what you are thinking, where can I get Epona? Well you have to go to Lon Lon Ranch. It is a long process and I will be making a post about the ranch and all that you can do and get from it soon. You get the song however, by showing your Ocarina to Malon as a child. She will then teach you the song.

Sun's Song

The Sun's song is also a very useful song throughout the game. First off, the Sun's song can change the time of day throughout the game. This can be useful for if you are Poe hunting, or if you got locked in or out of castle town. Also, say your favorite shop is closed during the night. No worry, just play the Sun's song and make it day again! The Sun's song can also stun one of the worst enemies in the series. Redeads.  I will be talking about this enemy more in the future, but for now, I will talk about their weakness, which is the Sun's song. If you play this in front of a redead, they will be stunned and you can hit them without being frozen. You can learn this song by defeating the two poe brothers in the graveyard.

Zelda's Lullaby

Zelda's Lullaby might be one of the most iconic songs in the Legend of Zelda series. It is used in almost every game, and sometimes, plays a big role in the game. In Ocarina of Time, it is one of the first songs that you learn. It is taught to you by Impa, after you sneak into the castle and talk to Princess Zelda. This song is used quite a lot throughout the game. One thing it is used for is gaining access to the Zora Domain. If you play the song in front of the entrance, the waterfall will stop flowing and you can enter. Also, in the water temple as an adult, you must play this song in front of the triforce symbols to raise and lower the water levels throughout the temple. This song is also used a lot in other games. For instance, in Twilight Princess, it is one of the nine songs that you can howl. You learn it in the Sacred Grove. You have to use it to start your trial to get the master sword. You also might have read from Fierce Deity, that The Skyward Sword theme played backwards is Zelda's Lullaby.

Song of Time

This next song is the Song of Time. This is probably the main Song of the game, or the most important anyways. This Song is used many times throughout your journey. It is thought to you my Princess Zelda. As she is fleeing from the castle with Impa, she sees you and throws the Ocarina of Time into the water. When you go to retrieve it, you have a vision of Zelda teaching you the Song of Time. This is the first song that you learn on the Ocarina and the most necessary one. You can then use this Song to gain access to the Temple of Time, in castle town. That might be the most important building in the game. You can also play this song in front of time blocks to make them move back and forth. This song is also important in Majora's Mask.

Prelude of Light

The Prelude of Light is the first warp song that you are taught. The song allows you to teleport to the Temple of Time whenever you want. This song is very handy for switching from child, to adult Link. This Song is taught to you by Sheik in the Temple of Time.

Minuet of Forest

The Minuet of Forest is the second warp song that you are taught. This song will warp you right to the heart of the lost woods, where the forest temple is. This Song is also taught to you by Sheik. The Forest temple is where you can awaken the second sage, Saria.

Bolero of Fire

The Bolero of fire is the third song that you are thought through the game. Once again, it is taught to you by Sheik. It will warp you into the middle of the Eldin volcano. You will need to have the fire suit though, or you will be burnt to a crisp. In the volcano is the Fire Temple, where you can awaken the third sage, Darunia.

Serenade of Water

The fourth warp song is the Serenade of water. This song is again, taught to you by Sheik in Lake Hylia. This song warps you to a small island in the middle of Lake Hylia. From there, you have to dive to the bottom with the Zora suit to reach the temple. In this temple you will awaken the Sage of Water, Ruto

Nocturne of Shadow

The Nocturne of Shadow is one of the creepiest songs in the game. This song was taught to you by Sheik once more. This song teleports you to the graveyard so you can enter the spookiest temple in the game, the Shadow Temple. It is also useful for quick access to Kakariko village. Here you can awaken the Sage of Shadow, Impa.

Requiem of Spirit

The Requiem of Spirit is the final song learned in the game. I bet you can guess who taught it to you. Sheik! This song will warp you in the middle of the Gerudo Dessert, where the Spirit Temple is located. This is a useful warp because it is very hard to get there without getting lost in the dessert. At this temple, you awaken the sage of spirit, Nabooru

Well that's all I got for you today! Sorry for the super long post, but it was worth it right? Like always remember to check out our Instagram page @thenintenbrosblog, and check out www.thezeldagalaxy.blogspot.com for even more Zelda facts, tips, and more! Bye!

Five Mind Blowing Facts About Bowser

Image result for images of bowser
Hey guys it's your home slice double P, anyone, no? It's fine I'll go home. No but seriously guys it's Princess Peach back with another post! Today we are going to be going through five mind blowing facts about Bowser, so, without further ado lets get started!

1)  Bowser and his Fine Cuisine
This is a very minor fact, but, I found it both interesting and very cute. Bowser likes to put space bits on his space pancakes. I know relatable right?

2)  King Koopa
While most people call Bowser... well Bowser. He is also know as King Koopa. In Japan he is known as Koopa. Bowser is the leader and most powerful of the whole Koopa race. I guess that would make sense because as we all know, Bowser is a mutant Koopa.

3)  The Bowser Marrige Mystery
As you may know, there are a lot of theroies as to who Bowsers significant other is. Some say it's Princess Peach, while others say its Lena from the Mario movie. However, in an official Nintendo magazine it is said that his spouse is a character that has never been seen or talked about named Clawdia Koopa. Contrary to that, it has never been officially approved or talked about.

4) Boo is a Copy Cattier
We all know Bowsers' iconic, low voiced, villains laugh, right? Well, Boo's laugh is the exact same laugh but spead up really fast... and probably a bit of auto tune.

5) Bowser is Possibly One of the Most Talented Mario Characters
Bowser is a lot more talented then you may think. He has lots of different super powers including, breathing fire, a little bit of black magic and teleportation, but that only naming a few. Not to mention he's been in many different sports spin off games. He's a professional race car driver, golfer, baseball player and he's been in several Olympic events! What will he do next?

That's all I have for today guys! I hope you learned something new that you can go brag to your friends about! No I'm kidding, make sure they bring the topic up first. Alright, bye guys!!!

New Game Updates

Hey everyone! Sorry this post is so late, but holidays can be busy! Anyways! This is Sheik! I just want to tell you about two game release updates that I think you might want to know about!

First off, I want to give you some disappointing news. Breath of the Wild has been delayed, AGAIN!
Now it will be released in March of 2017, with the Nintendo Switch. I can see why they would do
this because if you buy Breath of the Wild when it comes out, you can only get in on the WiiU. Then when the switch comes out, you can't play the game on it.

The next update it that Super Mario Run was released today!!! I have played the game and I will be giving you a heads up on what to expect. The game to me, is super fun, and easy to play since it only requires one hand. Sadly, you can only play the first three levels until you have to pay to play the rest. Although you don't have very many boards to play, you can still play online with other players during rallies. You battle to see who can collect the most coins and do the most tricks. You also can log into your Nintendo account to unlock a special toad character. Also you can make your icon your mii by signing in as well.

That's all I have today, I promise I will try to post about all the Ocarina songs soon! Also check us out on Instagram @thenintenbrosblog! Until then bye!!!

So let's start with Articuno. He's the ice/flying type member of the bird trio in Generation One. Next up we have Regice. He's a member of the Regigas trio and appears in the game Black 2, along side Kyurem. Kyurem is the third member of the Zekrom, Reshiram trio. Kyurem is mistreated by team plasma and is trying to form a connection with humans.
I'm sorry guys that this post is short, but with the Holidays coming up, I don't have a lot of spare time! Happy Holidays!

Who is Rosalina?

Image result for images of rosalina

Hey guys, Princess Peach here! Today we are going to cover Rosalina. Who is Rosalina you ask? Exactly. Lets admit it, Rosalina is just one of those characters that not many people have any idea about. By that I mean, not many people know her backstory or what game she's from, so I'm here to tell you who exactly she is.
Image result for images of rosalina's story    Rosalina is from Super Mario Galaxy, or that was her first debut. In Super Mario Galaxy, Rosalina reads a story, what she doesn't really specify is that that story book she's reading is actually her back story.
The story tells of a sad little girl on a quest to find a sad little luma's mom. That's just the base however, because were it really gets good is when Rosalina tells of her mom. Of course Nintendo wanted to keep us on our toes  and not give us a full view of Rosalina's mother, but people suspect that that's because Princess Peach is Rosalina's mom and of course Nintendo wanted us fans to go wild! People suspect this because the view of Rosalina's mom that we do see is very similar to that of Princess Peach's appearance. As you can see the image above shows a picture of her mom. She has blond locks, big blue earrings and the same lip shape as Princess Peach.
If you'd like to hear a bit more detailed version of Rosalina's back story and relationship with Peach go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JcK_Bfe3sw&t=623s by The Game Theorists! This is Princess Peach signing off!

DAAAAAAANG POKEDEX!

Hey gamers! Mudkip here, and today we are talking about some of the Pokemon Sun and Moon entries! These can get pretty dark, and while I'm not judging since I love Pokemon, these are dark. WARNING! Potential spoilers.... I guess...?
Image result for pokedex gen 1 blank background
http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/thumb/3/36/479Rotom-Pok%C3%A9dex.png/250px-479Rotom-Pok%C3%A9dex.png

Starting off with the Gengar entry. This one is scary. It reads, "If you feel yourself attacked by a sudden chill, it is evidence of an approaching Gengar. There is no escape. Give up."
Like daaaaang! Give up? Holy cow! Here are a few more:

Primeape: "It has been known to become so angry that it dies. It's face looks peaceful in death, however."

Cubone: "When it thinks of it's deceased mother, it weeps loudly. Mandibuzz that hear it's cries will attack from the air."

Sharpedo: "It has a sad history. In the past, it's dorsal fin was a treasured foodstuff, so this Pokemon became a victim of over fishing."

Again, I looooove Pokemon. This doesn't make me hate the game, this is just history and facts about Pokemon that are kind of creepy. But I've heard worse Pokedex facts! Thanks guys for reading! Stay safe out there gamers! Comment down below the creepiest Pokedex entry you've ever heard!

Top Three Legend of Zelda Instuments

Hey everyone! It's Sheik here today for your favorite day of the week! Which is Zelda day as you all know. Well, anyways, lets get to it! Today I am going to be talking about the top three instruments used in The Legend of Zelda series. Lets start with number three.

3
The Wind Waker

Now incase you don't know this is The Wind Waker. Now his is a very big instrument because, well, first of the title of the game is Wind Waker. So, what does it do? Why it says it in the name! It controls the wind! You can use this item in game to play many songs you learn during your journey. This is given to you by the wind god on Dragon Roost island. This is critical for your journey and a very important part of the game.

2
Goddess Harp

I put the goddess harp at number two for multiple reasons. First off, this appears in multiple titles, for it has been passed down through the royal family for thousands of years. The firs time it is used, was by Skyward Sword Zelda, who was the goddess reborn. During Skyward Sword, Zelda gives you the harp to aid you in your journey. It is necessary for entering the Silent Realm. Many many years later it was passed down through the royal family and eventually given to the Zelda in Ocarina of Time. While she is disguised as Sheik, she uses the harp to teach all the warps songs to Link during his journey.

3
The Ocarina of Time

Now this may be the most iconic instruments in the Zelda series. The Ocarina of Time appears in, well, Ocarina of Time of course! This is practically the main item of the game. After you get the three stones at the begging of the game, Zelda will make a quick escape from the castle, and will throw you the Ocarina of Time. You will be using this item a LOT in the game. In Ocarina of Time, you can learn a total of 12 songs. The Ocarina is also used in Majora's Mask, but with some new songs, and without the warp songs. Whenever you are about to enter a new temple, Sheik will appear and teach you a warp song which will allow you to go to the temple entrance whenever you want. There are many different varieties of songs to learn as well, such as calling your horse, or making it rain, or even changing the time of day. You can actually buy real replica Ocarina's online that look identical to the one used in Zelda, I have one and it came in a really cool box that has Link and Sheik on the front using their instruments.

Well that's all I have today! I hope you enjoyed my post. My next post will be a list of all the songs you can learn on the Ocarina, what they do, and where you learn them. Anyways, make sure you check out our Instagram page @thenintenbrosblog. Also if you want more Zelda make sure you check out www.thezeldagalaxy.blogspot.com for even more Zelda theories, facts, tips, and more. Until then, bye!

SUPER SMASH SUNDAY: BOWSER VS. GANONDORF

SUPER SMASH SUNDAY!!!
BOWSER VS. GANONDORF!
FIGHT!!!!!!!

Mudkip: Bowser is truly the best. The King Koopa will stop at nothing to squash the Mario Bros. and make Princess Peach his. But Bowser isn't heartless like Ganondorf. In Super Paper Mario, Bowser teams up with Mario and the gang to become one of the Legendary Heroes of Four. But don't think he's a nice guy. In Mario Party, we see the ruthlessness of Bowser as he smashes players across the board. But don't worry. He helps out the player in last place!

Sheik: Well, sure, that was very convincing, but heartlessness is so awesome and evil when it comes to villains! Bowser's main goal is to ruin some plumbers' lives and steal a dainty little princess. Ganondarf wants to rule the world and cover it with darkness. Which sounds more diabolical? Ganondorf has the power of the triforce of power. Bowser has fireballs. Ganondorf also has a lot better minions. They have swords, bows, and any other weapons you can think of. Bowser has some turtles and a few brown blobs. Bowser can be defeated by being bopped on the head by a plumber. It takes a legendary hero, with part of the triforce, (which is the most powerful thing in Hyrule), to defeat him. Now can you see who is better?
